What are your products intended for?

Do I get a certificate of analysis (COA) with the product?

Yes. For every batch we hold a report from an independent laboratory confirming purity and identity. You will find the reports on the product page and in the overview on this page.

How should I store the product?

Cool, away from direct heat and sunlight. For long-term storage we recommend the lyophilised form in a freezer at -20 °C.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is taken at checkout through a secure payment gateway. We do not store card details.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days and send them with DPD from the Czech Republic. Delivery: Czech Republic 1-3 business days, Slovakia 2-4, the rest of the EU 2-7.

Shipping within the Czech Republic is 75 CZK, free over 2,000 CZK. Rates for other EU countries are in the shipping policy.

How do I request a return?

Contact us before you send anything back - we will confirm eligibility and send instructions. As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

What if the parcel arrives damaged or wrong?

Write to us straight away with the order number and photos. We will resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
